The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw posted a huge tarpaulin of the “Citizen’s Charter” in its consular office to foster efficient, transparant and accountable frontline services to the public who avail of its various consular services.

   It details the step-by-step procedures involved, identifies the staff responsible for each step, indicates how long its should take to complete each step, specifies the amount of fee to be paid and the form to be filled up, and the  required documents to be submitted for each type of consular service.

   The consular services which the embassy offers are the following: passport application/renewal/replacement; authentication and legalization of documents; civil registry services; and visa services.

   It also informs the public or clientele on how to file a complaint and/or make suggestions on how to further improve the embassy’s consular services.
