The Embassy follows a strict NO APPOINTMENT-NO ENTRY policy for the utmost safety and convenience of its consular clients.
You need an appointment to avail yourself of frontline consular services like passport renewal, notarization of SPA and other legal documents, application for Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM) certificate, application for NBI Fingerprint Form, filing civil reports of birth, marriage or death, visa application, and similar services requiring entry into the Consular Section.

Please note the following:
1. Please come exactly on your appointed time. If somebody is already being served because you came too late, you will have to wait outside. If you come too early and the queue is filled, you will also have to wait outside the Embassy premises. Please take note that, in view of the pandemic, the Embassy Consular hours are from 8:30 am -12:00 Noon only and from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. only.
2. Please come alone and do not bring any companions, unless very necessary (like your nursing child). All other unnecessary companions will have to wait outside the Embassy premises.
3. Please come prepared with all the requirements. Please fill up the passport application form or other forms before coming. This will ensure prompt and fast service.
4. In the event that, for some reason, you cannot make it to the appointed date and appointed time, or you wish to cancel, or request for another appointment, you may request for another using the same appointment system.
