PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR ATTENDS THE 2023 NATIONAL DAY RECEPTION HOSTED BY MFA ESTONIA
23 February 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Estonia Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz, accompanied by spouse Mr. Alejandro Ricardo Ruiz, attended the National Day Reception hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia to celebrate the country’s 105th anniversary of Independence, during her official visit to Tallinn on 20-24 February 2023.
Ambassador Ruiz conveyed her warm greetings to the Undersecretary for Political Affairs Ms. Kyllike Sillaste-Elling after she delivered the speech on behalf of Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu who was in New York to attend a UN General Assembly session.
