PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR PAYS A COURTESY CALL ON THE DEAN OF THE DIPLOMATIC CORPS IN RIGA
21 October 2022 – Philippine Ambassador Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz met with the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in Riga, H.E. Mrs. Hanan Al Aleeli, Ambassador of the UAE to Latvia, during her official visit to Riga on 20-22 October 2022.
Ambassador Ruiz personally conveyed her deep appreciation to Ambassador Al Aleeli for representing the Diplomatic Corps in Riga during the virtual celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Latvia last 17 December 2021, and for her message of felicitations on that occasion.
Accompanying Ambassador Ruiz during the meeting were her spouse Alejandro Ricardo Ruiz and her daughter Michaela Alexandra Ruiz.
