PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR TO POLAND MEETS WITH THE LOWER SILESIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN WROCŁAW

09 September 2022 – Philippine Ambassador Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz met with Dr. Zbigniew Sebastian, President of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce (Dolnośląska Izba Gospodarcza) based in Wrocław as part of the Philippine Embassy’s political, economic, tourism, and cultural promotion activities.

Ambassador Ruiz briefed Dr. Sebastian on developments in Philippines-Poland relations, particularly the forthcoming 50^th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations on 22 September 2023. She noted opportunities for promoting further trade and investment cooperation, particularly in the export of processed and specialty foods, electronics and smart cards and attraction of IT/BPM investment.
