WARSAW 05 December 2022 — The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw successfully promoted the Philippines’ attractiveness to the Polish and international public, through the tourism campaign “It’s More Fun in the Philippines”, during the 28th Edition of the International Travel Fair-TT Warsaw on 24-26 November 2022.

At least 1,000 visitors flocked to the Philippine stall during the three-day event, attracted by the tourism sites that were projected in myriad colors on the walls of the Embassy booth, and the various displays including tourism brochures, video shows, craft giveaways, and native delicacies. Almost all of them wanted to have their photos taken in front of the huge colorful and festive tourism posters that adorned the Philippine booth.

The numerous guests to the Philippine booth included representatives from travel agencies, tour operators, airline companies, university students from Poland who want to learn more about the Philippines, influencers interested to promote the Philippines to the world, pilgrimage groups from Poland who want to travel the Philippines, and visitors and travelers who have visited the Philippines already and intend to go back. The Philippine Embassy staff manning the booth also entertained a lot of inquiries about diving activities and requests for advice about the most popular and beautiful beaches in the country.

The TT Warsaw Fair is one of the most prestigious 3-day events in the tourism industry in Europe and is a popular venue for Embassies in Warsaw to promote their tourism destinations to a diverse, discerning, and well-traveled audience. The Fair also provides an opportunity to learn about the latest trends in the tourism markets and to establish business contacts for future networking activities. END
