WARSAW PE REPATRIATES A FILIPINO MINOR CHILD FROM UKRAINE TO THE PHILIPPINES

22 March 2022 – The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw successfully repatriated a Filipino minor child, accompanied by his Ukranian mother, who departed Warsaw today for Manila on board an Emirates flight via Dubai.

Rapid Response Team (RRT) member Ms. Violeta Bautista (Frankfurt PCG) facilitates the check-in of mother and son at the Warsaw Frederic Chopin International Airport for their flight to Manila

The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw endeavors to assist the remaining Filipino nationals in Ukraine who wish to be repatriated to the Philippines and calls on them to do so as soon as possible.

Ukraine is now under Alert Level 4 (Mandatory Evacuation) in view of the continuously deteriorating security situation brought about by the Russian war against Ukraine. END
