TWO (2) FILIPINOS FROM UKRAINE DEPART WARSAW FOR MANILA
A Filipino mother and her young son from Ternopil, Ukraine departed Warsaw today, 12 March 2022, for Manila on board an Emirates flight via Dubai.
They were received at the Embassy’s temporary shelter in Lviv, Ukraine and accompanied from there to the Ukrainian-Polish border on 08 March 2022.
The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw will endeavor to assist the remaining Filipino nationals in Ukraine who wish to be repatriated to the Philippines and calls on them to do so as soon as possible. Ukraine is now under Alert Level 4 (Mandatory Evacuation) in view of the continuously deteriorating security situation brought about by the Russian war against Ukraine. END
