To better serve Filipino workers in Poland who cannot visit the Embassy during ordinary working days, the Embassy launched a Consular Sunday Afternoon Program 2020.

Under this program, the Embassy will be open to Filipinos in need of consular services on one designated Sunday afternoon of each calendar month, from 1 to 4 pm.  

On Sunday, 23 February 2020, the Embassy held its first Consular Sunday event. It was able to serve six (6) Filipino nationals for passport renewal, two (2) for passport releasing, one (1) for LCCM releasing, and provide answers to around nine (9) queries on various consular and labor topics.

The Embassy will be open again on Sunday afternoon, 29 March 2020.  The consular services during these special Sunday afternoons are available strictly by appointment only, and limited to Filipino nationals. (end)
