WARSAW_______ The company Lingaro - the 1st Polish investor in the Philippines and the first Polish IT company to locate in one of the Philippines’ special economic zones - celebrated its 10th founding anniversary last 02 October 2018.
Its Makati City-based company employs at least 50 Filipinos and this number will soon increase with the imminent expansion of Lingaro’s operations not only in the Philippines but in the rest of Southeast Asia as well as in North America.
Lingaro is growing at an amazing rate of 30% to 40% every year and services global clients with IT solutions. At least 11 nationalities work for Lingaro. Respect for individuals and inter-cultural sensitivity are deeply ingrained in its corporate values.
Main guests during the anniversary celebration were the former Polish president and Solidarity leader H.E. Mr. Lech Walesa and Philippine envoy to Poland Ambassador Ms. Patricia Ann V. Paez.
In her brief remarks, Amb. Paez thanked Lingaro for having faith and confidence in the Philippine and on Filipinos by investing in the country. She also expressed her appreciation for Lingaro’s sharing advanced Polish know-how in the field of information technology to the Philippines.
She stressed that Lingaro is already etched in the history of Philippines-Poland relations, being the first Polish investor in the Philippines. Amb. Paez concluded: “I am glad that the Polish Investment and Trade Agency is supporting the growth of Lingaro. Through Lingaro, the strong and mighty Polish eagle will soar higher and soar across the skies of Asia and across the skies of all continents.”
