The Philippines and Poland held the latest round of Political Consultations at the Undersecretary level in 2016 in Manila. During yesterday’s meeting of Philippine Emnassy officials with Asia Pacific Director Mr. Pawel Mislewski, the latter conveyed the Polish foreign ministry’s desire to host another round of such bilateral consultations in Warsaw this year.
Also formally introduced during the event was the new Director of the Asia Pacific Department of the Polish foreign ministry Mr. Mislewski.
The members of the ASEAN Committee in Warsaw (ACW), chaired by Thai envoy H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, harnessed the event to hold informal talks about the future activities of the ACW. (END)
