Officials of the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw received today (16 March 2016) from a DHL courier another package from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) containing sealed envelopes with ballots with the name of the voter typed on each envelope. The Head of the Special Board of Canvassers (SBOC) Ambassador Patricia Ann Paez, Head-designate of the Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) Attache Ms. Imelda de Joya, and SBRCG Member-designate Attache Ms. Evelyn Vega opened the package which also contained the list of intended voter-recipients. Together, they cross-checked the name of the intended voter-recipient which was typed on the sealed envelop with the master list of voter-recipients sent by COMELEC. The names typed in all sealed envelopes tallied correctly with the all the names listed in the COMELEC’s master list.
