Ambassador Patricia Ann Paez and Director of the Asia Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Poland Mr. Michal Kolodziejski after their meeting at the MFA
The 4th round of Political Consultations between the Philippines and Poland to be hosted by Manila in 2016 was discussed during the meeting between Philippine Ambassador to Poland Ms. Patricia Ann V. Paez and the newly-designated MFA Director of the Department of Asia and the Pacific Mr. Michal Kolodziejski last 16 October 2015 at the MFA.
The two officials also exchanged views on how to broaden the economic cooperation between the two countries specifically in “green technologies,” the pharmaceutical and food industries, and in the field of education.
They also discussed other bilateral, regional, and multilateral issues of common concern and mutual interest.
Prior to his present designation, Director Kolodziejski had served as Deputy Director of the Asia Pacific Department, as Deputy Director of the Economic Cooperation Department, and as Deputy Director of the Office of the Foreign Minister. He was also Head of the Economic Section of the Polish Embassy in Singapore and is fluent in Japanese. Director Kolodziejski holds a Doctoral degree in International Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
