(19 January 2014)- The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw conducted mobile Overseas Voting (OV) activities on board two (2) Finnish-registered vessels on 09 January 2015 at the Nauta Shiprepair Yard in Gdynia, Poland.

Consul Randy Randy B. Arquiza and Attaché Evelyn Vega comprised the Embassy Team which registered 10 Filipino seafarers onboard MV Finnsun and 9 more from sister ship MV Finnsea for a total of 19 new registrants.

The 2 ships of the Filipino seamen belong to the Finnlines Group with route network covering ports of call around the Baltic Sea and the North Sea regions. Three (3) more ships of the company, all manned primarily by Filipino seamen, are slated to drydock for repairs at the Nauta Yard in the next two months.
