PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR CONVEYS NEW YEAR GREETINGS TO POLISH PRESIDENT

15 January 2025, Warsaw – Philippine Ambassador to Warsaw Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz, accompanied by her spouse Mr. Alejandro Ricardo D. Ruiz, joined the Ambassadors and Heads of Missions in Warsaw during the traditional New Year’s Meeting hosted by President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda at the Presidential Palace on 15 January 2025.

Ambassador Basinang-Ruiz highlighted the Christmas and New Year Greetings of H.E. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., President of the Republic of the Philippines, and also conveyed her best wishes for success, good health and prosperity. She assured him of the Philippines’ continuing active efforts to strengthen Philippines-Poland relations, particularly in political, defence, economic, science and technology, and cultural cooperation.
