PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR TO POLAND MEETS WITH AMBASSADOR OF LATVIA

02 May 2023 – Ambassador Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz received the courtesy call of H.E. Mr. Juris Poikāns, Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia to Poland. Ambassador Ruiz, who is concurrently accredited as Philippine Ambassador to Latvia, warmly welcomed Ambassador Poikāns to the Embassy.
