18 November 2023, Tallinn, Estonia – The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw held its first consular outreach activity this year in Tallinn, the capital city of Estonia.
Tallinn is located more than 970 kilometers north of Warsaw, the capital of Poland, and is home to more than 200 Filipinos.
The four-man team from the Embassy provided a total of 87 services which included notary, passport applications, civil registry, visa and document releases.
Most of the services catered to reports of births (ROB) and passport applications of toddlers and infants, with parents grabbing the opportunity considering the distance between the two capitals.
The outreach activity exemplifies the Embassy’s commitment to bring its services closer to the Filipinos who are located far from the Embassy and those who need it most.
Estonia is one of the Baltic countries under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland. The other two Baltic countries are Latvia and Lithuania. END
