PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN WARSAW CONDUCTS CONSULAR OUTREACH IN RIGA

22 October 2022, Riga – The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw conducted a consular outreach in the city of Riga in Latvia for the benefit of Filipinos living and residing in the city and the surrounding areas of Latvia, as well as from the surrounding areas of Riga.

The outreach was led by Philippine Ambassador Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz and the consular team was composed of DCM/Consul General Mardomel Celo Melicor, Finance Officer Marden Marduque, Consular/ATN Officer Ariel Esparto and Cultural Officer/FilCom Coordinator Chloe Silverio.

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office based at the Philippine Embassy in Prague headed by Labor Attaché, Atty. Llewelyn Perez also joined the Embassy team to extend POLO’s services to the Filipinos who attended the outreach.
