PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR PARTICIPATES IN MFA-ORGANIZED PROMOTIONAL VISIT TO ZAKOPANE

27 February 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Poland Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz participated in a promotional visit to the popular winter resort town of Zakopane in southern Poland which was organized by the Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland for the Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Poland and their families.

The promotional visit, which was the first to take place after the start of the pandemic, was highlighted by the presence of Polish President H.E. Mr. Andrzej Duda and was deeply appreciated by the Diplomatic Corps as a special occasion to interact with Poland’s highest government official in a social setting.

Ambassador Ruiz and her family also took the opportunity to get acquainted with their diplomatic colleagues and to develop friendships, camaraderie, and good relations with representatives from other countries.
