PHILIPPINE AMBASSADOR ATTENDS THE 2023 NATIONAL DAY CONCERT AND RECEPTION HOSTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF ESTONIA
24 February 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Estonia Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz, accompanied by spouse Mr. Alejandro Ricardo Ruiz, attended the Independence Day Concert and Reception hosted by the President of the Republic of Estonia H.E. Mr. Alar Karis to celebrate the country’s 105th Anniversary of Independence, during her official visit to Tallinn on 20-24 February 2023.
After the President’s Independence Day Speech and the Concert, all the invited guests lined up to greet the President and Madam Sirje Karis.
Ambassador Ruiz and her spouse introduced themselves and then conveyed their warm greetings and felicitations to the President and the First Lady to mark the historic occasion.
