The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw held a planning and coordination meeting on 06 March 2020 at the Sound Garden Hotel in Warsaw for the Embassy staff and honorary consular officers under its jurisdiction. The meeting aimed to exchange information on Embassy plans and activities, discuss concerns and experiences, review updates, and explore common projects and activities.

Ambassador Leah M. Basinang-Ruiz welcomed the participants and stressed the need for close cooperation and coordination among the Embassy officials and honorary consular officers under the One Country Team Approach.

Undersecretary J. Eduardo Malaya, on an official visit to Warsaw together with Special Assistant Andé Peter C. Estanislao, graciously joined the meeting, and delivered an inspirational message, and expressed his desire to make honorary consular officers more familiar with developments in the Philippines.
