The Embassy wishes to inform the public that with the onset of the winter season, effective 1 December 2022 until 28 February 2023, the Consular Office will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 3:00 p.m. only from Mondays to Fridays (except during Philippine or Poland holidays).
All applicants for other consular services are required to get an APPOINTMENT by sending an email to (This email address is being protected from spambots. All passport applications must be submitted online through the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) under the following link: https://www.passport.gov.ph . All visa applications must be submitted using the Online Visa Application System (OVAS) through the link: https://www.visa.gov.ph
Walk-in applicants will be served if there is a vacant slot. To avoid inconvenience, please do secure first an appointment.
For urgent matters outside of office days and hours, please call the Embassy’s Emergency Number at + 48 604 357 396.

Nais po naming ipabatid na sa pagpasok ng panahon ng taglamig, simula sa 01 ng Disyembre 2022 hanggang sa ika-28 ng Pebrero 2023, ang Consular Office ng Embahada ay bukas mula sa ika 9:00 ng umaga hanggang sa ika-12:00 ng tanghali at mula ika-1:00 hanggang ika-3:00 ng hapon lamang mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes (maliban sa araw na bakasyon ng Pilipinas o ng Poland).

Ang lahat ng aplikasyon ng pasaporte ay dapat isumite online sa pamamagitan ng Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) sa ilalim ng sumusunod na link: https://www.passport.gov.ph . Ang lahat ng aplikasyon ng visa ay kailangang isumite gamit ang Online Visa Application System (OVAS) sa pamamagitan ng link: https://www.visa.gov.ph.
Ang mga walk-in applicants ay tatanggapin kung may bakanteng timeslot. Para maiwasan ang abala/hirap, pinapayuhan ang mga kliyente na kumuha muna ng appointment.

Ambasada informuje, że w związku z pandemią i początkiem sezonu zimowego, od 1 grudnia 2022 r. do 28 lutego 2023, Dział Konsularny będzie czynny w godzinach od 9:00 do 12:00 i od 13:00 do 15:00 wyłącznie od poniedziałku do piątku (z wyjątkiem świąt filipińskich i polskich).
Wszystkie osoby ubiegające się o inne usługi konsularne są zobowiązane do uzyskania WIZYTY poprzez wysłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres (This email address is being protected from spambots. Wszystkie wnioski paszportowe należy składać online za pośrednictwem Globalnego Online Appointment System (GOAS) pod następującym 6linkiem: https://www.passport.gov.ph. Wszystkie wnioski wizowe należy składać za pomocą internetowego systemu składania wniosków wizowych (OVAS) za pośrednictwem łącza: https://www.visa.gov.ph
Osoby zgłaszające się w trybie walk-in będą obsługiwane, jeśli będzie wolne miejsce. Aby uniknąć niedogodności, prosimy o wcześniejsze umówienie się na wizytę.
