MAILING THE BALLOT PACKETS OF OVERSEAS VOTERS WHO INDICATED THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN WARSAW AS RETURN ADDRESS
With the start of the Overseas Voting period on Sunday, 10 April 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw informs all registered Filipino Overseas Voters (OVs) who indicated the Embassy as their return address that they need to provide their current mailing address on or before Friday, 15 April 2022.
They need to submit the following documents through the Embassy’s official email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.):
- Copy of current Philippine Passport
- Scanned copy of the accomplished OVF 1 form with signature
- Proof of current address (for example: billing statement showing the name and address, etc.)

Upon receipt of the address, the Embassy will mail the ballot packets to the OVs who should then immediately accomplish the ballot/return envelope and send it back to the Embassy. The ballots should be received by the Embassy on or before Monday, 09 May 2022 (7:00 pm-Philippine Time). END
