The Embassy wishes to inform the public that, effective 01 March 2022, the Consular Office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (except during Philippine or Poland holidays).

To ensure strict observance of the necessary health protocols, the Consular Section will provide passports, visas and other consular service BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  All consular clients are requested to visit this link: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it./consular-services/appointment3  or call first (+48 22 490 2025 / +48 694 491 664) to secure an appointment for a specific date and time.  Walk-in clients will be attended if there is a vacant slot during the day.

Nais po naming ipabatid na mula sa 01 July 2021,  ang Consular Office ng Embahada ay bukas mula sa ika 8:30 ng umaga hanggang sa ika-12:00 ng tanghali at mula sa ika-1:00 ng hapon hanggang Ika-4:30 ng hapon mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes (maliban sa Philippine o Polish na araw na bakasyon).

Upang mahigpit ang pag-sunod ng mga alintuntunin pangkalusugan, ang Consular Section ay magbibigay ng serbisyo para sa pasaporte, bisa at iba pa sa paraan ng PAGTATALAGA LAMANG.   Lahat ng kliyente ng Consular Section ay pinakikiusapang bumisita sa link na ito: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it./consular-services/appointment3 o tumawag muna sa  (+48 22 490 2025 / +48 694 491 664)  para magpatalaga ng araw at oras ng pagpunta sa Pasuguan. Ang mga “walk-in clients” ay aasikasuhin kung may bakanteng slot sa araw na sila ay dumating.

Kung may apurahang pangangailangan sa mga araw na walang pasok o opisina, maari po ninyong tawagan ang Emergency Number ng Embahada: + 48 604 357 396.

Ambasada informuje, że od dnia 01.07.2021 r. Dział Konsularny będzie czynny w godzinach od 8:30 do 12:00 oraz od 13:00 do 16:30 od poniedziałku do piątku (z wyjątkiem świąt filipińskich i polskich).

Aby zapewnić ścisłe przestrzeganie niezbędnych protokołów zdrowotnych, Dział Konsularny będzie akceptował interesantów (Paszporty, wizy i inne usługi konsularne) wcześniej UMÓWIONYCH NA SPOTKANIE.  Wszyscy klienci konsularni proszeni są o kontakt za pomoca formularza kontaktowego (warsawpe.dfa.gov.ph/consular-services/Appointment3) lub telefoniczny (+48 22 490 2025 / +48 694 491 664) w celu umówienia się na konkretną datę i godzinę. Klienci zgłaszający się bez wcześniej ustalonej wizyty, będą przyjmowani tylko, jeśli w ciągu dnia będą dostępne wolne miejsca w grafiku.
