CONSULAR OUTREACH IN KYIV, UKRAINE ON 18 SEPTEMBER 2021
The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland is pleased to announce that it will provide consular services to Filipino nationals living in Ukraine during its Consular Outreach in the capital city of Kyiv, Ukraine on Saturday, 18 September 2021.
The venue for the outreach will be at Hotel Ukraine, 4 Instytutska Str, Kiev.
The following services will be available during the outreach:
- Passport services (application and renewals)
- Notarial services (SPA, LCCM, except civil registry services)
- NBI application form fingerprinting
- Overseas Voter’s registration for the May 2022 national elections
In view of the continuing state of epidemic and to ensure strict observance of health protocols, the services will be available strictly by appointment basis only. All interested applicants must register through this link in order to receive appointment slots.
Applicants are reminded to come with complete documentary requirements (printed application forms) and photocopies of required supporting documents. They may consult the Embassy website for the requirements of passporting services and notarial and civil registry services.
Due to the limited slots available, interested applicants are advised to register as soon as possible.
The Embassy will issue another announcement in the event there are no more available slots for the Kyiv, Ukraine Consular Outreach.
