Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Embassy wishes to inform the public that effective 13 April 2021 and until further notice, the Philippine Embassy will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon only from Mondays to Fridays (except during PHL or PL public holidays).
All applicants for passports, visas and other consular services are required to get an APPOINTMENT by sending an email to (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it./consular-services/appointment3) or by calling (+48 22 490 2025 / +48 694 491 664).
Due to the pandemic, the Embassy will implement a Strictly by Appointment policy.

Dahil sa patuloy na pandemya, nais po naming ipabatid na mula sa ika-13 ng Abril 2021 hanggang sa muling abiso,ang Pasuguan ay bukas mula sa ika-10:00 ng umaga hanggang sa ika-12:00 ng tanghali lamang, mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes (maliban sa PHL o PL na araw na bakasyon).
Lahat na aplikante para sa pasaporte at iba pang serbisyo konsulado ay kailangang kumuha muna ng TIPANAN sa pamamagitan ng pag-email sa (This email address is being protected from spambots. Dahil sa pandemya, ang Embahada ay magpapatupad ng Strictly by Appointment policy para sa serbisyo konsulado.
