The Embassy wishes to inform the public that, in view of the pandemic and with the onset of the winter season, starting on 01 November 2020 until further notice, the Embassy will be open on Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Consular services for Filipino clients will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. All consular clients are requested to email (This email address is being protected from spambots. For urgent consular or assistance-to-nationals matters outside of office hours or on weekends and holidays, please call the Embassy’s Emergency Number + 48 604 357 396.

Nais po naming ipabatid na sa kadahilanan ng pandemya at sa pagpasok ng panahon ng taglamig, simula sa ika-01 ng Nobyembre 2020 hanggang sa susunod na abiso, ang Pasuguan ay bukas mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes, mula ika-8:30 ng umaga hanggang sa ika-12:00 ng tanghali at mula sa ika-1:00 ng hapon hanggang sa ika-2:30 ng hapon.
Ang oras ng serbisyo konsular para sa mga kliyenteng Pilipino ay mula sa ika-9:00 ng umaga hanggang sa ika-12:00 ng tanghali at mula sa ika-1:00 ng hapon hanggang sa ika-2:00 ng hapon. Lahat ng kliyente na nangangailan ng serbisyo consular ay pinakikiusapang magpadala ng email sa (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) o tumawag muna sa (+48 22 490 2025 / +48 694 491 664) para magpatalaga ng araw na pagpunta sa Pasuguan.
Kung may agarang pangangailangan na serbisyo consular o tulong sa mga Pilipino, sa labas ng oras ng trabaho, katapusan ng lingo o araw ng bakasyon, maaaring tumawag po sa Embassy Emergency Number + 48 604 357 396.
