In compliance with CIR-1706-OSEC-2020 and in accordance with COMELEC Resolution No. 10677, the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw announces the resumption of Overseas Voters Registration effective 01 September 2020.

However, due to the ongoing pandemic in Poland and in order to ensure the strict observance of health and safety protocols, the application for OV registration will be served BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on Mondays – Fridays, except during Philippine or Polish holidays, between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
