For the May 2022 National Elections
All qualified Filipino citizens based in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine who are not registered overseas voters may file their applications for registration at the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw so that they can vote abroad in the May 2022 national elections:

To register, all applicants must personally appear at the Embassy for biometrics capturing. Kindly bring the following documents:
- original and photocopy of your valid Philippine passport;
- if dual citizen, copy of your Oath of Allegiance or other proof of citizenship from the Bureau of Immigration; and
- for seamen, a copy of your Seaman’s Book.
Filing of applications for registration shall be from 16 December 2019 to 30 September 2021.
If you have registered before but failed to vote in the past two consecutive national elections in 2016 and 2019, your registration has been deactivated and you need to register again.
