TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION TO HELSINKI PE

The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw informs all Filipinos living in Estonia that jurisdiction over Estonia has been transferred to the Philippine Embassy in Helsinki, effective immediately.

OFWs living in Estonia are requested to visit or contact the Philippine Embassy in Helsinki for more information and assistance regarding consular matters, with the following details below:

With respect to the conduct of overseas voting for the May 2025 elections, however, registered voters in Estonia remain under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw.

The transfer of jurisdiction is in compliance with Section 3.1 of DO No. 2024-018 that aims to ensure seamless and efficient services for our kababayans.
