OVERSEAS VOTER (OV) REGISTRATION FOR THE 09 MAY 2022 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

In view of the forthcoming 09 May 2022 Presidential Elections, the Philippine Embassy in Warsaw calls on all eligible Filipinos in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine to visit the Embassy and register as overseas voter.

Applicants are requested to take note of the following registration period:

• 16 December 2019 to 20 September 2021 – filing of applications for: registration/certification for transfer of records from the Philippines to the Embassy/Consulate; change of name due to marriage orcourt order/correction of entries in the Voter’s Registration Record; reactivation; and change of address

• 16 December 2019 to 16 August 2021 – filing for application for transfer of records from Post to the Philippine municipality/city/district

In view of the ongoing pandemic, Filipino applicants should consider the latest travel restrictions and are requested to first email the Embassy (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to secure an appointment to determine the date and time of the visit to the Embassy.

Please bring the following requirements with you during your visit: 1) photocopy of valid Philippine passport, and 2) for dual citizens, original or certified true copy of the Identification Certificate or Order of Approval issued by the Post where they took their Oath; or, 3) for seafarers, a copy of the Seaman’s Book or any other pertinent document.
