Alinsunod sa unti-unting pag-alis ng mga patakaran at regulasyon na may kaugnayan sa deklarasyon ng estado ng emerhensiyang epidemya sa Poland, ang Embahada ng Pilipinas ay magbubukas upang magbigay ng consular at assistance-to-nationals na serbisyo sa pamamagitan ng appointment sa Lunes, Miyerkules at Biyernes lamang, mula 9: 00 ng umaga hanggang 12:00 ng tanghali at mula 1:00 hanggang 2:00 ng hapon lamang, simula sa Lunes, 04 Mayo 2020.
Ang mga aplikasyon para sa mga visa ay mananatiling suspendido. Ang mga kliyente na Pilipino ay dapat tumawag muna (+48 22 490 2025 or +48 694 491 664) o mag-email muna (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) upang ipaalam sa Embahada ang serbisyong kinakailangan. Kung matuturing na emerhensiya at kung kinakailangan na pumunta sa Embahada, ang kliyente ay kailangang kumuha ng appointment para sa isang tiyak na araw at oras ng pagpunta sa Embahada.
Ang mga kawani ng Embahada ay magsisilbi lamang sa isang kliyente na may appointment sa nai-takdang araw at oras. Ang mga kliyenteng hindi nag-abiso ng kanilang pagdating ay mapapaunlakan lamang kung magkakaroon ng bakante na slot o kung may hindi nakarating sa hiniling na araw/oras.
Ang pagsuot ng face mask at guwantes ay mahigpit na ipatutupad sa loob ng Embahada.
Ang mga deliveries mula sa mga courier companies ay matatanggap lamang sa Lunes, Miyerkules o Biyernes, sa pagitan ng 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 3:00 ng hapon.
Ang Embahada ay tatangggap ng mga tawag sa telepono mula 8:00 ng umaga hanggang 3:00 ng hapon, mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes (maliban sa Sabado, Linggo at holiday ng Pilipinas o Poland) sa mga sumusunod na numero ng telepono: +48 22 490 2025 o +48 694 491 664.
Para sa mga emerhensiyang pangangailangan na lumagpas sa mga nabanggit na araw at oras ng trabaho, ang Duty Officer ng Embahada ay maaring tawagan sa numero +48 694 736 488. Ngunit mula ika-01 ng Mayo 2020, ang bagong numero ng telepono ng Duty Officer ay ang sumusunod: +48 694 357 396.

ADVISORY NO. 6/2020
In line with the gradual easing of rules and regulations related to the declaration of the state of epidemic emergency in Poland, the Philippine Embassy will be open to provide urgent consular and assistance-to-nationals services by appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. only, starting on Monday, 04 May 2020.
Applications for visas remain suspended. Filipino clients are requested to first call the Embassy (+48 22 490 2025 or +48 694 491 664) or send an email in order to notify the Embassy of the services required and, if very urgent and a personal appearance is necessary, to first secure an appointment for a specific date and time.
The consular/ATN staff will serve only one client who has an appointment at a given time. Walk-in clients will not be entertained unless there is a vacant slot.
All clients will be required to wear a face mask and gloves when inside the Embassy premises.
Deliveries from courier companies will be received only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Embassy will entertain telephone calls from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and Philippine or Polish holidays) at the following telephone numbers: +48 22 490 2025 or +48 694 491 664.
For emergency matters arising outside of the abovementioned working hours, the Embassy Duty Officer will entertain telephone calls at the following number: +48 694 736 488. However, from 01 May 2020, the telephone number of the Duty Officer will be changed to +48 694 357 396.

Ogłoszenie Publiczne
Zgodnie ze stopniowym łagodzeniem zasad i przepisów związanych z ogłoszeniem stanu zagrożenia epidemią w Polsce, Ambasada Filipin będzie czynna tylko dla osób umówionych na spotkanie w poniedziałki, środy i piątki w godzinach od 9:00 do 12:00 i od 13:00 do 14:00, począwszy od poniedziałku, 04 maja 2020 r., w celu zapewnienia pilnej obsługi konsularnej i pomocy narodowej.
Wnioski wizowe pozostają zawieszone. Interesanci filipińscy proszeni są o uprzednie skontaktowanie się z Ambasadą (+48 22 490 2025 lub +48 694 491 664) lub przesłanie maila w celu powiadomienia Ambasady o wymaganych usługach, a w przypadku bardzo pilnej potrzeby osobistego stawiennictwa, uprzedniego umówienia się na spotkanie na konkretną datę i godzinę.
Pracownicy konsulatu/ATN będą obsługiwać tylko jednego klienta, który jest umówiony na spotkanie w danym czasie. Klienci wchodzący nie będą wpuszczani, jeśli nie będzie wolnego miejsca.
Wszyscy klienci są zobowiązani do noszenia maski ochronnej na twarz i rękawiczek, gdy wchodzą na teren Ambasady.
Przesyłki od firm kurierskich będą przyjmowane tylko w poniedziałki, środy i piątki w godzinach od 8:00 do 15:00.
Ambasada będzie prowadzić rozmowy telefoniczne od 8:00 do 15:00 od poniedziałku do piątku (z wyjątkiem sobót, niedziel i świąt filipińskich lub polskich) pod następującymi numerami telefonów: +48 22 490 2025 lub +48 694 491 664.
W nagłych przypadkach, wykraczających poza wyżej wymienione godziny pracy, dyżurny oficer będzie podejmował rozmowy telefoniczne pod następującym numerem: +48 694 736 488.
Od 1 maja 2020 roku numer telefonu Dyżurnego zostanie zmieniony na
+48 694 357 396.
