Consular services suspended

In line and in cooperation with the State of Epidemic Emergency declared by the Polish government to limit the spread of Covid-19 in Poland, the Embassy is temporarily closing its Consular Section to the public from Monday, 16 March 2020 until further notice.

Applications for visa, notarial, civil registry and certification services will not be entertained during this emergency period.

Filipino citizens in Poland are advised that their legal stay in Poland, if expiring on 16 March 2020 or later, has been extended by a recently enacted law up to 30 days beyond the declared epidemic emergency period. Those who wish to claim their new passports in order to apply for the renewal of their legal stay in Poland could therefore wait until after the emergency restrictions have been lifted. Filipino citizens in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine needing urgent passport and other services should first call the Embassy to be advised and to secure an appointment at the following telephone numbers:
