The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw wishes to inform registered overseas voters that those overseas voters who intend to participate in the Barangay and Sanggunian Kabataan Elections may file an application for transfer of registration records from Post to local registry from 15 to 30 July 2016.

All applicants for transfer shall accomplish and file an application for transfer (OVF No. 1-B) at any following offices:

  • Office for Overseas Voting
  • Office of the Election Officer
  • Philippine Embassy/Consulate General

The application for transfer is applicable to overseas voters who will apply for transfer of registration from Post to the local registry of the municipality/city/district indicated in his/her OVF No. 1 or as recorded in the local certified list of voters.

 

ANUNSIYO TUNGKOL SA PAGLIPAT NG REHISTRASYON BILANG BOTANTE SA LOCAL ELECTION REGISTRY MULA SA OVERSEAS POST PARA SA NALALAPIT NA HALALAN NG BARANGAY AT SANGGUNIAN KABATAAN

Nais ipaalam ng Embahada na ang mga rehistradong botante na nais lumahok sa nalalapit na halalan para sa Barangay at Sanggunian Kabataan at maaring mag-sumite ng aplikasyon upang mailipat ang rehistrasyon sa lokal na election registry mula sa registry ng Post kung saan siya isang overseas voter.

Lahat ng nagnanais na ilipat ang kanilang rehistrasyon para dito ay kinakailangang mag-puno ng application for transfer (OVF No.1-B) at isumite ito sa alin man sa mga sumusunod na opisina:

  • Office for Overseas Voting
  • Office of the Election Officer
  • Embahada o Konsuladong Panlahat ng Pilipinas

Ang application for transfer ay maaari lamang payagan para sa overseas voter na magsusumite ng application for transfer sa local registry ng munisipyo/lungsod/distrito na nakasaad sa kaniyang OVF No. 1 o ayon sa nakasaad sa lokal na certified list of voters.
