ONE HEALTH PASS FOR INCOMING TRAVELLERS TO THE PHILIPPINES
The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw wishes to inform all incoming travelers to the Philippines, including all Filipinos living and working in Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine about the One Health Pass requirement of the Bureau of Quarantine and the Department of Transportation.
The One Stop Shop shall be used to process the mandatory health protocols and quarantine requirements of international travelers from departure at point of origin to arrival and onward destination in the Philippines, beginning 01 September 2021. Below is the One Health Pass information video link:
Overseas Filipino Workers living in Warsaw PE’s jurisdiction are strongly encouraged to secure a One Health Pass when travelling to the Philippines.

EXEMPTIONS TO THE OneHealthPass REQUIREMENT
The following individuals are exempted from securing a OneHealthPass prior to or upon arrival in the Philippines:
1. Local and foreign diplomats and their dependents;
2. Foreign delegations;
3. Philippine officials and their delegations on official travel abroad; Philippine officials and their dependents returning to the Philippines at the end of their tour of duty abroad; and
4. Law enforcers in connection with the implementation of treaty obligations on extradition, mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and transfer of sentenced persons, including those who will accept the physical transfer of custody of the person being deported to the country of nationality or origin.
