SCHEDULE FOR THE ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM (OVCS) – 2025 NATIONAL ELECTIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, hereby informs all registered Filipino overseas voters in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania of the official schedule for the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) in preparation for the upcoming 2025 National Elections:

All registered voters are encouraged to participate in the Pre-Enrollment and the Test Voting phases to familiarize themselves with the OVCS platform.

Pre-Enrollment Phase: from 20 March 2025 to 07 May 2025

Test Voting Phase:  from 20 March 2025 to 12 April 2025

Overseas Voting Period: from 13 April 2025 to 12 May 2025

Overseas voters, particularly those in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Ukraine, should take note of the local time for the voting period.

Further updates regarding the OVCS schedule and other election-related matters will be posted as soon as they are received from COMELEC. Please stay informed by regularly checking official announcements on the Embassy’s website and social media accounts. END
